Remove Windows Services manually

Command prompt

sc delete <services name>

reboot

open Windows Registry RUN -> regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services

Locate the services on the left and right click choose delete to remove it.
